may help you . Use a class method, not a static method. That way, assuming for example that Bus inherits MyCar, then Bus.get_cars_from() will call the inherited MyCar.get_cars_from, but the cls argument will be set to Bus.
code :
@classmethod
def get_cars_from(cls, start=0, end=10):
    """ This method get a list of cars from number 1 to 10.
    """
    return_list = []
    for i in range(start, end):
        instance = cls(i)
        return_list.append(instance)
    return return_list
@classmethod
def get_cars_from(cls, start=0, end=10):
    return [cls(i) for i in range(start, end)]

this one helps. Because methods are wrappers for functions, to apply a decorator to a method on a class after the class has been constructed, you have to:
Extract the underlying function from the method using its im_func attribute. Decorate the function. Re-apply the wrapper. Overwrite the attribute with the wrapped, decorated function.

this one helps. If you know all your classes have a public parameterless constructor you can do:
code :
manager[i] = (AbstractBaseClass)Activator.CreateInstance(manager[i].GetType());

around this issue It's intSet, not inSet, you've misspelled it in your intersect method. And as a habit it's better to start your classes with a capital (although there are no fixed rules, this is a habit widely adhered to).
About the curly braces, they are not only for dictionaries but also for Python sets. So by using them in the __str__ method, the output suggests that instances of your class are indeed a kind of sets.
