hop of those help? Trackers are the overall objects that Google Analytics uses to capture all tracking activities, be it custom metrics, dimensions etc.
Custom metrics and dimensions are objects that are set on a tracker, to be sent to your GA account.

Google Analytics - Multiple Trackers for Several Accounts?

I wish did fix the issue. It's possible to have multiple trackers on one site, for example like this:
code :
<script type="text/javascript">
var trackerA = _gat._getTracker("UA-XXXXXXX-X");
trackerA._initData();
trackerA._trackPageview();
var trackerB = _gat._getTracker("UA-XXXXXXX-X");
trackerB._initData();
trackerB._trackPageview();
</script>

this will help Have a look at: http://code.google.com/intl/de/apis/analytics/docs/tracking/asyncUsageGuide.html#MultipleCommands
Edit:
code :
var _gaq = _gaq || [];
_gaq.push(
  ['a._setAccount', 'UA-XXXXX-X'],
  ['a._trackPageview'],
  ['b._setAccount', 'UA-XXXXX-X'],
  ['b._trackPageview']
);

should help you out Yes, this is how user-level custom dimensions work. They are remembered for users that already had them set. They will be forever remembered, unless their cookie expires (2 years of inactivity by default).
They are remembered using the clientId that GA generates randomly and store in the cookie _ga. The value itself is stored in the GA backend not the cookie.

I think the issue was by ths following , The code you provided is along the right track. I've made a basic function that can simply replace ga( ... ) with allGa( ... ). This allows you to have a drop-in replacement, thanks to using .apply()
code :
function allGa()
{
  var args = [].slice.call(arguments),
      method = args[0];
      ga = window.ga;

  if(method.indexOf('.') > 0)
  {
    // We only want to pass to 1 tracker
    ga.apply(ga, arguments);
  }
  else
  {
    // Grab all of the trackers
    ga(function()
    {
      var trackers = ga.getAll();
      for (var i=0; i<trackers.length; ++i)
      {
        try {
          var name = trackers[i].get('name'),
              argsLocal = args.slice();

          // Change the tracker name to the prefixed version
          argsLocal[0] = name + '.' + argsLocal[0];

          // Call the tracking call for this tracker
          ga.apply(ga, argsLocal);
        }
        catch(e)
        {
          console.error(e.msg);
        }
      }
    });
  }
}
allGa('send', 'pageview');
allGa('send', 'event', 'category', 'action', 'label');
allGa('set', 'dimension1', 'testing');
allGa('foobar.send', 'pageview');

hope this fix your issue There are a couple things wrong with your implementation (not all of these are contributing to your problem, but they are still generally best-practices):
code :
ga('create', 'PropertyA', 'auto', 'trackerA', {'allowLinker': true});
ga('trackerA.require', 'linker');
ga('trackerA.linker:autoLink', ['dom1.com']);
ga('trackerA.send', 'pageview');

ga('create', 'PropertyB', 'auto', 'trackerB', {'allowLinker': true});
ga('trackerB.require', 'linker');
ga('trackerB.linker:autoLink', ['dom1.com', 'dom2.com']);
ga('trackerB.send', 'pageview');
