it helps some times I'm trying to return a session factory using this code: , Here is the solution:
code :
return Fluently.Configure()
                        .Database(MsSqlCeConfiguration.Standard.ShowSql().ConnectionString(c => c.Is("data source=" + path)))
                        .Mappings(m => m.FluentMappings.AddFromAssemblyOf<Project>())
                        .BuildSessionFactory();

wish helps you I think you need to add a KeyColumn("key-name") as part of the HasMany mapping to both your JobTitleMap and EmplyeeMap. This is because fluent-nhibernate is using conventions to create the FK in the EmployeeToJobTitleMatchLink table. Using KeyColumn as part of the HasMay mapping should override the convention.
Something like the following :-
code :
public class JobTitleMap : ClassMap<JobTitle>
{
    public JobTitleMap()
    {
        Id(x => x.JobTitleUUID).GeneratedBy.GuidComb();

        OptimisticLock.Version();
        Version(x => x.TheVersionProperty)
            .Column("MyVersionColumn")
            .Not.Nullable()
            .CustomSqlType("timestamp")
            .Generated.Always();

        Map(x => x.JobTitleName);
        Map(x => x.CreateDate);
        HasMany(x => x.MyJobTitleToEmployeeMatchLinks)
            .Inverse()
            .Cascade.All()
            **.KeyColumn("TheJobTitleUUID")**
    }
}

I wish did fix the issue. Use OracleClientConfiguration and OracleClientDriver instead of OracleDataClientConfiguration and OracleDataClientDriver
code :
FluentConfiguration configuration = Fluently.Configure()
            .Database(
            OracleClientConfiguration.Oracle10
            .ConnectionString(x => x.FromConnectionStringWithKey(connString))
            .Provider<NHibernate.Connection.DriverConnectionProvider>()
            .Driver<NHibernate.Driver.OracleClientDriver>()
               )

Hope this helps The code in this question pertains to setting up a relationship. The reported issue in this question pertains to related data not being loaded automatically. These are two different things that have little to do with one another.
Did you miss an Include somewhere? Have you accessed (and therefore lazily loaded) the Role nav prop, but not the Permission nav prop? I would like to see the code starting from where you launch the query up to where you inspect this object (as per your screenshot)
code :
var user = _userRepository
                .FirstOrDefaultAsync(us => us.Email == email);

var userPermissions =
           user.UserRoles
               .First()
               .Role
               .RolePermissions
               .Select(rp => rp.Permission)
               .ToList();
