Or, if you want for it to be global, and you are using Visual Studio, you could define it in your project properties (right-click on the project, choose Properties, then go to the Build tab).

I wish this help you I believe it's because of the ; after the include.
E.g. it's the grammar and you must refer to spec and compiler because as an implementation detail the compiler can choose to ignore that.
