should help you out I had the same problem as you. My project was using an old version of the frameworks, yet the "smart" Fabric.app was infuriatingly sure that I had the latest version.
Since there's no convenient download-link-for-grownups, you have to get the Fabric/Crashlytics frameworks like so:

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Hello I also had same questions months ago and I solved it myself. Hope my answer will help you.
You need 2 organizations with different crashlyticsApiKey for each of your project on fabric.
code :
debug {
        manifestPlaceholders = [crashlyticsApiKey: 'your_api_key_for_debug_project_here']
    }

release {
        manifestPlaceholders = [crashlyticsApiKey: 'your_api_key_for_release_project_here']
    }
<meta-data
        android:name="io.fabric.ApiKey"
        android:value="${crashlyticsApiKey}" />

it helps some times The Fabric run script is part of the build script and should be added to each target and should be the last item in the build phases list.
e.g. Add the run script to the "Today Extension" target.
code :
   platform :ios, '9.0'
  # Uncomment this line if you're using Swift
  # use_frameworks!

  use_frameworks!

  target 'MyApp' do
  pod 'Fabric'
  pod 'Crashlytics', '~>  3.9'
  end

  target 'MoTodayExtenstion' do
  pod 'Fabric'
  pod 'Crashlytics', '~>  3.9'
  end

  post_install do |installer|
  puts("Update debug pod settings to speed up build time")
  Dir.glob(File.join("Pods", "**", "Pods*{debug,Private}.xcconfig")).each do |file|
  File.open(file, 'a') { |f| f.puts "\nDEBUG_INFORMATION_FORMAT = dwarf" }
  end
FRAMEWORK_SEARCH_PATHS
GCC_PREPROCESSOR_DEFINITIONS
HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS
LD_RUNPATH_SEARCH_PATHS
OTHER_CFLAGS
OTHER_LDFLAGS
PODS_BUILD_DIR
etc....

To fix the issue you can do Mike from Firebase & Fabric here. I updated my other answer. That notice is only for the Fabric mobile apps available on the Play and App Stores. It does not affect the Fabric dashboard, Beta, or any other products. Your Crashlytics data in Fabric will continue to be processed until mid-2019 when Fabric is retired.
Once you link between Fabric and Firebase, data will flow into both dashboards. In early 2019, we plan on releasing a new SDK that is streamlined. Once you update to that future SDK, it will have the Fabric parts of the SDK removed which will make it smaller, but will then only send data to Firebase.

code :
mdfind "com_apple_xcode_dsym_uuids == <UUID>"
