Any of those help This statement int a[]=new int [5]; defines an array with length of 5. With an array of length 5, you can access elements with indices form 0 to 4 ({0, 1, 2, 3, 4}). But at this line
code :
a[j]=a[j+1];

wish of those help i goes up to the length of the array, and then you set x to go one past that! So, you try to access an element past the end of the array.
You can either use i < test.length - 1 in the sort code, or otherwise check to make sure you don't try to swap the last element with the element after it.

wish of those help There are two issues.
Keep in mind that after removing the duplicates, you have the total number of entries in your variable count.
code :
for(i=0; i < count - 1; i++)
{
    for(j=0; j < count - 1 - i; j++)
    {
        .....
for(j = 0; j < i; j++)
for(j = 0; j < count; j++)

may help you . You can cast pointer to the first row of a two-dimensional array to pointer to int and sort the array as a one-dimensional array.
Here you are
code :
#include <iostream>
#include <iomanip>
#include <cstdlib>
#include <ctime>

void bubble_sort( int *a, size_t n )
{
    for ( size_t last /* = n */; not ( n < 2 ); n = last )
    {
        for ( size_t i = last = 1; i < n; i++ )
        {
            if ( a[i] < a[i-1] )
            {
                std::swap( a[i], a[i-1] );
                last = i;
            }
        }
    }
}

int main()
{
    const size_t N = 3;
    const size_t M = 4;

    int a[N][M];

    std::srand( ( unsigned int )std::time( nullptr ) );

    for ( size_t i = 0; i < N; i++ )
    {
        for ( size_t j = 0; j < M; j++ ) a[i][j] = std::rand() % ( M * N );
    }

    for ( size_t i = 0; i < N; i++ )
    {
        for ( size_t j = 0; j < M; j++ )
        {
            std::cout << std::setw( 2 ) << a[i][j] << ' ';
        }
        std::cout << std::endl;
    }

it should still fix some issue I am getting an exception java.lang.ArrayOutOfBound when i am trying to run this code of bubble sort. Can you please help me solve this exception.
code :

 for(int i=0;i<a.length-1;i++){

Any of those help Don't use bubble sort. Consider superior algorithms, such as
Timsort Merge sort Quicksort (which happens to be worse than two above in a pessimistic case)
