hope this fix your issue The notation is a bit weird, but [first, last) is [first, last[ or [first, last-1]. The last value is not included.

I wish this helpful for you I assume that you want to store a BLOB in the SQL Server database table and the length you are referring to is the length of the BLOB. Use the FileInfo class as in the following example.
code :
using System.IO;
FileInfo fi = new FileInfo(somepath);
int len = fi.Length;
Microsoft.DirectX.AudioVideoPlayback.Video video = new Microsoft.DirectX.AudioVideoPlayback.Video(path);
StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder();
sb.Append( "\r\n");
textBox1.Text = sb.ToString();

this will help It's recommended to remove as much logic as possible from templates so you can focus on presentation and avoid adding points of failure to page rendering, but there are always borderline cases.
You will keep a much cleaner looking template if you define a custom filter similar to the built-in join. Here's an example accepting a list of plain-text tag names and returning a string:
code :
def join_tags(tags):
    if not tags:
        return '(no tags)'
    elif len(tags) == 1:
        return tags[0]
        return ', '.join(tags[:-1]) + ' and ' + tags[-1]

app.jinja_env.filters['join_tags'] = join_tags
{{ tags|join_tags }}

This might help you I would move the top bar outside of the whitebg as it might make this easier.
Set your body:
code :
padding: 0;
position: relative;
left: 50%;
margin-left: -625px;
top: 0;
padding-top: 60;
height: 100%;
position: absoulte;
left: 50%;
margin-left: -625px;
top: 50px;
padding: 10;
height: 100%;
remove the padding-top
remove all padding
add margin-top: 50px;
change margin-bottom to a normal margin
add a margin if desired

I think the issue was by ths following , In second for-loop you want to iterate locations of ship from the first for-loop. You need to access it by index:
code :
for(var j=0;j<model.ships[i].locations.length;j++) ...
// -----------------------^
