should help you out That hasn't been implemented yet (version 0.17.1) - but there is a pull request for that (https://github.com/pydata/pandas/pull/11667) and should come out in 0.18. For now you have to stick to using the formatters.

With these it helps An overload of the TextBoxFor method allows you to pass an object for the HTML attributes.
code :
@Html.TextBoxFor(p => p.Publishers[0].pub_name, new { Class="YourBackgroundClass" })
.YourBackgroundClass { background:#cccccc; }
@Html.TextBoxFor(p => p.Publishers[0].pub_name, new { Style="background:#cccccc;" })

I wish this helpful for you I would suggest creating a css directory in your websites root (where your index.html page usually is) and adding a css file called style.css.
You will then need to link each of your pages to your newly created stylesheet (style.css) in your section:
code :
<link rel='stylesheet' href='css/style.css' type='text/css' media='screen' charset='utf-8'>

this one helps. The easiest way would be to iterate through the format_mapping dictionary and then apply on the column (denoted by the key) the formatting denoted by the value. Example -
code :
for key, value in format_mapping.items():
    df[key] = df[key].apply(value.format)
In [62]: df = pd.DataFrame(data={'Currency': {0: 111.23, 1: 321.23},
   ....:                    'Int': {0: 23, 1: 3},
   ....:                    'Rate': {0: 0.03030, 1: 0.09840}}
   ....:             )

In [63]:

In [63]: format_mapping={'Currency': '${:,.2f}', 'Int': '{:,.0f}', 'Rate': '{:.2f}%'}

In [64]: for key, value in format_mapping.items():
   ....:     df[key] = df[key].apply(value.format)
   ....:

In [65]: df
Out[65]:
  Currency Int   Rate
0  $111.23  23  0.03%
1  $321.23   3  0.10%

around this issue For first condition, if percentage of only numbers may be following would work too:
code :
df2['%'] = (df2['LastYR']/ df2['LastYR'].sum()) * 100
df2['Currency'] = df2.apply(lambda row: (row['Today'] / 100.0 if row['METRIC'] == 'Sales' else row['Today']), axis=1)
   Compared LastYR METRIC Today region_rollup % Currency

def test_function(row):
    if row['METRIC'] == 'Sales':
        return row['Today'] / 100.0
    else:
        return row['Today']
def test_function(row, column):
    if row['METRIC'] == 'Sales':
        return row[column] / 100.0
    else:
        return row[column]

df2['%'] = (df2['LastYR']/ df2['LastYR'].sum()) * 100

column_list = ['Today', 'LastYR']
for column in column_list:
    df2[column] = df2.apply(lambda row: test_function(row, column), axis=1)

code :
<div class ='emailClas" [innerHTML]="html"></div>

    .emailClass ::ng-deep table {
    border-collapse: collapse;
    border: 1px solid #999;
    font: normal 11px verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
    color: #F6ECF0;
    background: transparent;
  }

  .emailClass ::ng-deep  th {
    border: 1px solid #999;
    text-align: left;
    vertical-align: middle;
    font-weight: 700;
    background: #333a56;
    color: #fff;
    padding: 5px 10px;
  }

  .emailClass ::ng-deep td {
    border-collapse: collapse;
    border: 1px solid #999;
    padding: 5px 10px;
    color: #555;
  }
