Hope this helps I have a simple PHP program but I am encountering this error: , Two things
code :

around this issue This is not a C program. This is a C++ program. It does not use too many C++ features, but it uses enough to make this code non-compilable as C code.
Either compile it as C++ or convert it to C. The latter would require rewriting quite a few lines of that code.

Any of those help This seems to be some really weird problem, and I somehow fixed it by doing the following:
I upgraded my PHP in Wamp through this tutorial. I also updated my timezone in php.ini When I upgraded it didn't work, so I reverted back to my previous version of PHP, and voilà - it worked.
Getting an error "No main class found" when I tried to run a simple program on NetBeans.

In netbeans, right click on the project and chose properties. Under Application > Webstart, there is an option Applet class. specify the full path to your main class (i.e with package names).

it fixes the issue You have to enable the extension in your php.ini by uncommenting the line
code :
;extension=php_intl.dll

I hope this helps . In "dice.cpp" file, remove the third line which says "#include "dice.h". You are already defining the dice class and hence you don't need the #include statement
