I wish this help you You can create a table for categories and a table for comments (so one category is one row, and one comment is one row in their respective tables). You can also need another table with two columns -- an ID for category rows, and an ID for comment rows.
Then, to indicate that a comment belongs to some category, you add a row to the last table. For instance if a comment with ID 42 belongs to categories with IDs 6 and 8, you add the rows (42, 6) and (42, 8).

will be helpful for those in need The id field is not necessary in this case. You could have a complex primary key composed of both tire_id and shop_id columns because this couple must be unique.

it should still fix some issue IMHO, the enum extension makes it much easier to embed semantics into a table and also improves efficiency by:
decreasing the number of joins required for a query reducing the number of open tables in the DBMS

To fix this issue Re problem 1: I would use a closing_type_id column in your gown table. That way, you can tell the database to ensure that there are no gowns with a non-existent closing_type, and, when renaming a closing_type, you only need to change it in one place.
I don't think there's anything wrong with a table having only two columns, either.

help you fix your problem Remove countries and materials columns from Details table.
You can create a fourth table which will depict the relationship between vendor, country and material:
code :
vendor_id country_id material_id
   1 3 5
   1 6 9
   1 7 24
