seems to work fine Got it fixed!
By default the .NET Azure Queue library uses a DataContractSerializer and a binary XmlDictionaryWriter to serialize the string message when using

wish help you to fix your issue The Service Bus REST API does not currently support receiving batches, so there is not a valid implementation in this library. Part of the reason is that the REST implementation is not particularly performant, and it is much better to use AMQP. If you are looking for something with better performance, I would take a look at this library:

wish help you to fix your issue I was able to successfully send a brokered message using your sendAsync() method implementation.
In addition, I was able to reproduce the same error stated in your question when the queue DOES NOT exist (e.g. taskqueue1).
code :
Message: 40400: Endpoint not found., Resource:sb://{valid service bus namespace}.servicebus.windows.net/taskqueue1. TrackingId:7ce43d17-d339-4ded-b3be-71364a64f685_G17, SystemTracker:{valid service bus namespace}.servicebus.windows.net:taskqueue1, Timestamp:7/1/2018 1:23:04 AM...

Microsoft.ServiceBus.Messaging.MessagingCommunicationException: The remote name could not be resolved: '{nonexistent service bus namespace}.servicebus.windows.net'...

I hope this helps . ServiceBusException is a base exception of all other exceptions. Errors taking place on the broker side are sent back and translated. In this case, it's not something that is convertible to the most common errors described in the documentation. In situation such as this one, retying is the right thing to do as the exception was intermittent. Saying that, there are few things to consider.
The client internally by default is using RetryPolicy that is retrying send operation. Your retries should be applied after some back-off time if that's possible. Running on Standard Tier can potentially suffer from a higher exception rate, but you'd see ServerBusyException. The TrackingId code that was provided with the exception can be used to open a support case to start an investigation and understand better what happened.

To fix the issue you can do I am trying to send a message to Azure ServiceBus queue using REST api via POSTMAN, but when I trigger the message I am getting the below error:- , The sessionId has to be defined in the broker_properties header
code :
BrokerProperties:  { “SessionId”: “{Your session ID}”, “MessageId”: “{701332E1-B37B-4D29-AA0A-E367906C206E}”, “TimeToLive” : 90, “CorrelationId”: “{701332F3-B37B-4D29-AA0A-E367906C206E}”, “SequenceNumber“ : 12345, “DeliveryCount“ : 2, “To“ : "http://contoso.com“, “ReplyTo“ : "http://fabrikam.com“,  "EnqueuedTimeUtc“ : " Sun, 06 Nov 1994 08:49:37 GMT“, "ScheduledEnqueueTimeUtc“ : " Sun, 06 Nov 1994 08:49:37 GMT“}
