seems to work fine By default you are using an InternalFileHandleResolver to resolve the filepaths. Its root is your assets folder, not the place where your skin file is at.
That's why you can use "absolute" filepaths, starting from your assets folder. In your case, that would be font/ken/ken-white.fnt.

Why not define font-weight or font-style in @font-face, Font Squirrel?

Why not define font-weight or font-style in @font-face, Font Squirrel?

Does that help By default, Font-Squirrel does this in order to increase support with user-agents that do not follow specification (those that ignore font-weight and font-style).
If you do not care about those outdated user-agents, you may enable the "Style Linking" option which is available in the expert section of the @font-face kit generator. Note that IE8 and below ignores numbered font-weight values and only support normal and bold (and corresponding 400, 700 weight values).

I think the issue was by ths following , So your fonts just aren't working? You almost guaranteed have the wrong name (if you've already added it to the plist).
Check your font name:
code :
for (NSString *name in [UIFont familyNames]) {
        NSLog(@"Family name : %@", name);
        for (NSString *font in [UIFont fontNamesForFamilyName:name]) {
            NSLog(@"Font name : %@", font);
        }
    }

To fix the issue you can do
If you’ve removed Garton from your Mac, it is odd that your web page still renders in Garton even without @font-face code. I can only imagine that Garton is still installed on your Mac.
Multiple font declarations with same font name but different font failes with different font-weight values

I hope this helps you . The first thing to try , kepping the same font-family names , is to set weights using the descriptive values (normal - bold - bolder - lighter).
