help you fix your problem I'm not sure if this is the Android recommended way of doing this but I finally figured out a way of achieving the exact behavior I want.
code :
public class SingleChoiceClass extends
DialogFragment {

final CharSequence[] items = {"b1", "b2", "b3", "b4"};
String selection;
@NonNull
@Override

public Dialog onCreateDialog(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
AlertDialog.Builder builder = new AlertDialog.Builder(getActivity());
final MainActivity activity = (MainActivity) getActivity();

builder.setTitle("Choose")
    .setSingleChoiceItems(items, -1, new DialogInterface.OnClickListener() {
@Override
public void onClick(DialogInterface arg0, int arg1) {
switch (arg1){
    case 0:
        selection = (String) items[arg1];
        Toast.makeText(getActivity(), "" + selection,Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
        // Do your magic
        dismiss();
        break;
    case 1:
        selection = (String) items[arg1];
        Toast.makeText(getActivity(), "" + selection,Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
        // Do your magic
        dismiss();
        break;
    case 2:
        selection = (String) items[arg1];
        Toast.makeText(getActivity(), "" + selection,Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
        // Do your magic
        dismiss();
        break;
    case 3:
        selection = (String) items[arg1];
        Toast.makeText(getActivity(), "" + selection,Toast.LENGTH_SHORT).show();
        // Do your magic
        dismiss();
        break;
        }
}
}).setNegativeButton("Cancel", new DialogInterface.OnClickListener() {
@Override
public void onClick(DialogInterface dialog, int which) {

        //Exit
        activity.finish(); //Or find a way to relaunch Dialog
    }
});
return builder.create();
 }
}

To fix this issue Self answer, but I guess it will be helpful to other people as well.
Each TinyMCE plugin usually has a JS file located under plugins/[plugin_name]/plugin.js (or plugin.min.js, depending on if you are using the minified version). Those plugins usually call the editor.windowManager.open(), passing an object of configuration options to be applied to the newly opened window.
code :
win = editor.windowManager.open({
        // ...
        body: [
            {
                name: 'href',
                type: 'filepicker',
                filetype: 'file',
                // ...
            },
// More code follows here
win = editor.windowManager.open({
        // ...
        body: [
            {
                name: 'href',
                type: 'textbox',
                filetype: 'file',
                // ...
            },

Hope that helps I am using javascript sweetalert2 library. , You can use these properties:
code :
showCancelButton: false, // There won't be any cancel button
showConfirmButton: false // There won't be any confirm button
swal({
  title: 'Auto close alert!',
  text: 'I will close in 2 seconds.',
  timer: 2000,
  showCancelButton: false,
  showConfirmButton: false
}).then(
  function () {},
  // handling the promise rejection
  function (dismiss) {
    if (dismiss === 'timer') {
      //console.log('I was closed by the timer')
    }
  }
)

I think the issue was by ths following , I am using SweetAlert Dialog for android. , I am assuming your code is look like
code :
new SweetAlertDialog(this, SweetAlertDialog.SUCCESS_TYPE)
    .setTitleText("Good job!")
    .setContentText("You clicked the button!")
    .show();
SweetAlertDialog dialog = new SweetAlertDialog(this, SweetAlertDialog.SUCCESS_TYPE)
    .setTitleText("Good job!")
    .setContentText("You clicked the button!")
    .show();

dialog.findViewById(R.id.confirm_button).setVisibility(View.GONE);
