Which RFID and RFID Reader to use?

fixed the issue. Will look into that further ATA5590 chip operates in the 800-MHz to 1-GHz range and can achieve a range up to about 10 meters depending upon the interrogation device. Also called TAGIDU, the device contains 1344 bits of EEPROM, 1024 bits of user memory for the electronic product code, and 320 bits of system memory.
The forward interrogator to the tag can use either amplitude-shift keying (ASK) or double-sideband (DSB) modulation. The tag to interrogator modulation may be ASK or phase-shift keying (PSK), depending on the desired operation range, bit rate, and security mechanism. The data-rate range is 5 to 80 kbits/s.

I wish this helpful for you These PowerBurst times are used in the sample code referenced in the TMS37157 Development Tool FAQ, but there seems to be no clue as to what these values are. It looks like they are provided by the desktop app, but I only have the binary for that. , According to support@ti.com,

like below fixes the issue Looking at those two values, it seems that you do not properly read and convert the value from the Wiegand interface.
The USB keyboard reader reads the serial number in 10 digit decimal form. A Wiegand reader typically trunkaes the serial number into a 26 bit value (1 parity bit + 8 bit site code + 16 bit tag ID + 1 parity bit).
code :

hop of those help? Interestingly, the issue may be that you are, in fact, reading an existing RFID tag.
I'm not sure if this is still the case but, in the past, the strap that shipped with the MC3190-Z RFID device contained a UHF RFID tag embedded within it. When we first received our handheld, we attached the strap and started reading RFID tags; however, much like you state above, we kept reading a single tag over and over again. No matter how we isolated the MC3190-Z device, we ALWAYS read the same RFID tag.

fixed the issue. Will look into that further The value that you currently get is the serial number encoded as US-ASCII string. The value in decimal (as you currently print it) is
code :
2 48 57 48 48 50 69 52 69 65 50 67 66 3
02 30 39 30 30 32 45 34 45 41 32 43 42 03
<STX>09002E4EA2CB<ETX>
Serial.write(i);
09002E4EA2CB
0003034786
002E4EA2
09002E4EA2CB
void loop() {
    int serialNumber = 0;
    int charIndex = 0;
    int currentChar;

    if (RFID.available() > 0) {
        currentChar = RFID.read();
        ++charIndex;
        if (currentChar == 0x002) {
            charIndex = 0;
            serialNumber = 0;
        } else if (currentChar == 0x003) {
            Serial.print(serialNumber, DEC);
            Serial.print(" ");
        } else {
            if ((charIndex >= 1) && (charIndex < 5)) {
                serialNumber <<= 8;
                serialNumber += currentChar;
            }
        }
    }
}

this will help NFC does not only share the same frequency band (13.56 MHz) but it is based on HF-RFID standards.
Specifically, the NFC interface protocol standard (ISO/IEC 18092 / NFCIP-1) uses components from the RFID standards ISO/IEC 14443 (Type A) and JIS X 6319-4. This essentially merges the technologies MIFARE (by NXP) and FeliCa (by Sony). In addition ISO/IEC 21481 (NFCIP-2) defines compatibility/coexistence mechanisms between NFC and other HF-RFID standards (such as ISO/IEC 15693)
