I wish this help you I see you're passing the PackageName value to the XMLParser through the intent:
code :
intent.putExtra("PkgName", PackageName);
String PkgName = PackageName;
String PkgName = getIntent().getStringExtra("PkgName");

I wish did fix the issue. I don't know why this code doesn't work. , You have to escape the dot character, since dot is a meta-character:

String value[] = pce.getPropertyName().toString().split("\\.");

With these it helps In my project i got a string from one activity to other ListActivity.now i want to get this string to my adapter class.how can i do this.. below is my code, in this i want to get the fromMobileno string to my adapter class ,

wish help you to fix your issue I don't fully understand your question, but I think you want to pass more than just the ID to the activity 3,
well you could pass the whole object you are working with as a serializable item,
