it fixes the issue I need to generate a random number between 1981 and 2012 (inclusive) in bash. I don't have access to shuf or sort -R, and I have tried:
code :
$ echo $(( (RANDOM % 32) + 1981 ))
1991
$ echo $(( (RANDOM % 32) + 1981 ))
2000
$ echo $(( (RANDOM % 32) + 1981 ))
1998
  declare -A emitted
  ${emitted[$number]:-false} || {
    emitted[$number]=true
    echo $number
  }

hope this fix your issue to Scott Chamberlain's comment, I was able to find the Unity Documentation for random numbers and solve my problem. UnityEngine.Random evidently does not use the time and so random positions are different from each other. Here is the correct script:
code :
using UnityEngine;
using System.Collections;

public class SetPositions : MonoBehaviour
{
    public GameObject PickUp;

    void Start()
    {
        transform.position = new Vector3(Random.Range(-9.5f, 9.5f), 0.5f, Random.Range(-9.5f, 9.5f));
    }
}

seems to work fine I need add random number to filename. On Linux I use command like , Like this maybe:
code :
dd bs=4 count=1 if=/dev/urandom 2>/dev/null | xxd -p
7bfe4143
head -c 4 /dev/urandom | od -An -tu4
2465874330
echo $RANDOM$RANDOM
