wish of those help Got a solution for this problem:
I had created a custom module(Ct_EmailLogo) that overrides Magento\Theme\Model\Design\Backend\Logo so basically, we will require two main files for this:
code :
/**
 * The tail part of directory path for uploading
 *
 */
const UPLOAD_DIR = 'email/logo';

/**
 * Return path to directory for upload file
 *
 * @return string
 * @throw \Magento\Framework\Exception\LocalizedException
 */
protected function _getUploadDir() {
    return $this->_mediaDirectory->getRelativePath($this->_appendScopeInfo(self::UPLOAD_DIR));
}

/**
 * Makes a decision about whether to add info about the scope.
 *
 * @return boolean
 */
protected function _addWhetherScopeInfo() {
    return true;
}

/**
 * Getter for allowed extensions of uploaded files.
 *
 * @return string[]
 */
public function getAllowedExtensions() {
    return ['jpg', 'jpeg', 'gif', 'png', 'svg'];
}

I hope this helps you . What JerrySeeger was trying to say, in a fairly condescending manner, is that e-mail does not support images in the subject.
The SMTP protocol was designed 20 years before HTML was even invented.
