Does that help In Form Design view, open the property sheet of the form, tab "Data".There you can edit the RecordSource property: click the ... button and remove the unwanted table. Its fields will be deleted automatically from the recordsource.

Does that help I strongly recommend using a "native" Access form, hardly anybody uses Userforms in Access. Or use SysCmd to create a progress bar without a form.

help you fix your problem So I was able to figure this out I ended up sorting through the id field for the individual records and just checking if the next record has a log in time within 10 minutes. I was able to do this using the DLookUp Function.
